Our CNC lathes allow us to currently offer 2 axis turned parts solution.

Two Haas lathes with both chuck and collet holding, 10 station tool turret offers us opportunities for highspeed, accurate manufacture of small to medium sized parts to suit your project batch requirements.

 

The larger ProTurn with a swing of 470mm and 1250 between centres machining capability, offers options for the manufacture of larger parts.

With the option of both three and four jaw chucks, with the four-jaw chuck providing the ability to turn off centred diameters and turned accurate bores in non-round parts.

 

Our skilled machinists have vast experience with a variety of metals and engineering plastics, programming is supplemented by our offline cam system.
